Warm and welcoming private family looking to hire a Newborn Care Specialist in Cincinnati OH
Start Date:October 2025
Duration:3 months
Schedule:12hour overnight shifts approximately 8:00 PM 7:00 AM 7 nights/week
Compensation:$40/hour DOE

A warm and welcoming family in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to support them through the first three months following the birth of their second child due in October. This is a shortterm overnight position focused entirely on newborn care and ensuring the babys smooth adjustment healthy sleep patterns and overall wellbeing.
The family is looking for a knowledgeable calm and nurturing professional with extensive experience supporting newborns and firsttime parents during the early postpartum period. Responsibilities include overnight feeding support (breast and/or bottle) diaper changes soothing establishing a sleep schedule and logging nightly routines.
The ideal candidate is a certified NCS with a strong background in infant care excellent communication skills and a respectful supportive demeanor.
Position Responsibilities
Sole focus on newborn care (overnights)
Feeding support diapering soothing and sleep routine support
Keeping babys space clean and organized
Position Requirements
Experience: 4 years in newborn/infant care; NCS certification preferred
Languages: English
References: Minimum of 2 recent references from similar roles
Background check: Required upon contingent offer
Personality traits: Warm gentle professionalhighly knowledgeable easygoing
