About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of CFO Services to lead and grow our Strategic Finance function. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering highimpact financial insights and strategic guidance to our clients. You will oversee a small but mighty team of finance professionals drive scalable processes and play a critical role in expanding our CFO service offerings.

What Youll Do

• Lead and Scale the CFO Services Practice: Own the strategy operations and quality of Zenis CFO Services department. Manage a team and ensure client deliverables meet a high bar of excellence.
• ClientFacing FP&A and Strategic Support: Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning for a portfolio of clients. Offer strategic insights and scenario modeling that inform key business decisions.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards KPIs and reports to help clients (and Zeni) track business performance. Lead the creation of monthly/quarterly board decks and investor reporting.
• Financial Modeling: Build and review robust financial models to support growth plans fundraising efforts pricing strategies and strategic investments.
• Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Identify financial risks and opportunities across client portfolios and recommend actionable strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Process & Tool Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in forecasting reporting and analysis methodologies. Identify and implement tools and systems to increase scalability and accuracy.

What Were Looking For

• 8 years of experience in FP&A strategic finance investment banking consulting or similar
• 3 years of experience leading teams and managing client relationships
• Proven experience working with or advising highgrowth startups (Series AC preferred)
• Strong financial modeling analysis and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable processes and teams
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced hybrid work environment

Bonus Points

• Experience at a startup or in a fractional CFO role
• Familiarity with financial systems like QuickBooks NetSuite Mosaic or Cube
• MBA CPA or CFA is a plus but not required

Position Location: This role will be based out of our Lehi Utah office. This person will need to work onsite from our office four days per week.
