Job Description

Class A CDL Driver

Location: Minnesota (Covering Parts of Iowa South Dakota North Dakota)

Are you ready for a fastpaced rewarding career as a Class A CDL Driver Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is looking for skilled and motivated drivers to join our growing team. If youre passionate about delivering toptier service have the stamina for 100% touch freight and are ready to drive your career forward we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

100% Touch Freight Delivery: Transport and deliver products using hand trucks or dollies in all weather conditions.

Route Coverage: Deliver across Minnesota parts of Iowa South Dakota and North Dakota. Drivers for outoftown routes may earn additional pay.

Physical Demands: Make 1520 stops per day and handle all aspects of physical delivery including lifting pushing carrying and pulling products up to 75 pounds.

Schedules & Shifts: Enjoy a 4day workweek with 814 hour shifts. One weekend day required. Dispatch times vary (1PM 9PM 10PM). Flexibility with extra workdays.

Deliver & Stack: Downstack product instore while following safety protocols and ensuring efficient store deliveries.

New Fleet: Drive a brandnew 48 automatic reefer truck.

Competitive Weekly Pay: Drivers can earn between $1700 and $2200 per week with the potential for more on outoftown routes.

Holiday Pay and up to 48 hours of paid sick/personal leave.

Paid Time Off: Up to 30 hours of personal float time after 90 days and 1 week of vacation after one year (accrued up to 80 hours annually).

Health Benefits: Medical dental and vision coverage through Anthem effective the 1st of the month after 15 days of employment.

401(k) Plan: Company contribution at 6 months with immediate associate contributions.
