Job Description
Take on a pivotal role in our client s logistics command center where you ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of shipments across multiple transportation modes. As a Check Call Coordinator you ll serve as the vital link between pickup points delivery destinations and sales teams maintaining realtime visibility of shipment status and proactively addressing any challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in logistics management while working with sophisticated transportation management systems in a modern remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and execute strategic check calls to maintain realtime shipment visibility
- Monitor and verify critical pickup and delivery milestones across the logistics network
- Serve as the primary point of contact for status updates and issue resolution
- Provide timely updates to sales representatives regarding shipment status and potential concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation within the company s advanced tracking systems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Drive operational efficiency through proactive communication and problemsolving
