Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday Friday 4 hours per day (flexible during AEST business hours)
- Timezone: Sydney AEST
Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to potential clients
- Follow up on leads
- Promote IT services including managed services professional services cyber security networks Microsoft 365 website development and graphics designing
- Update customer database with call outcomes
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with telemarketing or sales
- Ability to use CRM software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to different sales scenarios
- Time management abilities
- Knowledge of IT services preferred
