We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resource functions of our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining internal HR operations managing recruitment projects developing policies and maintaining client and candidate relations. This role demands strong leadership team management and recruitment strategy capabilities.
Oversee daytoday HR operations policies and procedures within the consultancy.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters and HR executives; provide guidance and support.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
Handle client coordination and ensure prompt fulfillment of job openings.
Conduct interviews manage candidate databases and oversee onboarding processes.
Monitor performance of recruitment campaigns and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations conflict resolution and HR grievance handling.
Organize training and development programs for internal staff.
Ensure CRM and recruitment software systems are updated and utilized effectively.
Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles preferably in a consultancy setting.
Strong knowledge of endtoend recruitment processes.
Proficiency in HRMS / ATS / CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong decisionmaking skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fastpaced environment.
