Job Description
Do you enjoy being part of something meaningful and learning how funds are raised for a cause
As a Fundraising Intern at Team Everest you will help our team with the important work of keeping our donors informed and our records in place. You will get to see how fundraising works behind the scenes and understand what makes people give.
No worries if you are new to this! We will train and support you throughout the internship.
If you love helping others learning how campaigns work and want to make an impact this role is for you!
What You Will Do
- Help the team with daytoday fundraising tasks and followups.
- Assist in responding to basic donor queries via email or phone.
- Track donor details and keep records organized and up to date.
- Learn how fundraising events are planned and carried out.
- Support the team s mission to raise funds for a good cause.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
Education: Any degree.
Skills required for Job:
- Communication Skills: Able to talk and write clearly with donors.
- Organizational Skills: Keep donor records neat and accessible.
- Willingness to Learn: Curious about how fundraising and donor relations work.
- Basic Computer Use: Know how to work with spreadsheets and emails.
- Work Ethic: Willing to learn work hard and handle tasks independently & in a team.
Other Information
- Scope: Internship (4 hours/day)
- Commitment: We expect you to continue your internship until you finish college.
- Office Hours: 4 hours/day (Morning or Afternoon shift based on college timing).
- Working Days: 24 working days a month with 2nd 4th and 5th Saturdays and Sundays as nonworking days.
- Joining Date: Immediate
