Location: Infopark Kochi
Qualification: B. Pharm Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Freshers Only
Salary :per month
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Work from Office 3 Days Work from Home)
Shift Timings: Rotational (11:00 AM 9:00 PM)/ (4:00 PM 1:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days
Job Description:
We are looking for a detailoriented and enthusiastic B. Pharm Fresher to join our Insurance department for a NonVoice Process role. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who wish to begin their career in the healthcare BPO domain and gain handson experience in claims inspection and medical documentation.
Responsibilities:
Review and inspect prescribed medicines for accuracy and completeness in insurance claims.
Perform documentation and verification of medical prescriptions and related records.
Ensure adherence to internal compliance company protocols and data accuracy standards.
Collaborate with internal departments for clarification on documentation discrepancies.
Uphold confidentiality and data protection policies always.
Consistently meet quality productivity and turnaround time targets.
