Hiring Now: Team Leader Content Moderation Kolkata
Salary: Up to 28000 Inhand
Schedule: 5 Days a Week Rotational Shifts 48 hrs/week
Responsibilites:
Lead & manage a team of content moderators
Set team goals & track performance
Handle escalations & client interactions
Ensure process updates are communicated clearly
Support with shift planning and daily operations
Requirements
Min. 1 year of Team Leader experience in a BPO (on paper)
Graduate (UGs not eligible)
Fluent in English & Bengali (Both Mandatory)
Content moderation experience is a plus
