Job Description

Job Title: Asst Manager Inside Sales /Sr. Analyst Inside Sales

Location: Pune

Position: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

    Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives providing coaching training and guidance to ensure their success in achieving sales objectives.

    Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

    Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and effective management of leads opportunities and customer accounts. Implement strategies to maximize conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.

    Foster strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to engage potential customers and generate leads.

    Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities.

    Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management regarding sales performance trends and opportunities.



Requirements

Qualifications:

    Previous experience as an Inside Sales Manager preferably in the software industry.

    Strong background in software sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.

    Solid understanding of sales processes lead generation and customer relationship management.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers team members and senior management.

    Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales goals.
