Job Description
Job Scope:
As a Lead Software Engineer you will take full ownership of scalable software systems and play a vital role in bringing cuttingedge AI into realworld applications. You will collaborate closely with the CTO lead the development of fullstack solutions using Python and React manage cloud infrastructure and mentor a growing engineering team. This role is ideal for experienced engineers ready to take on a leadership position with a clear growth path toward Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI Flask or Django).
Solid frontend experience using React or similar frameworks.
Proven experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).
Proficiency in Docker and containerized deployments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of system design APIs and microservices.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating machine learning models into production.
Familiarity with ML frameworks and RESTful APIs.
Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
Experience with infrastructureascode tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).
