Job Description
- Develop highquality photorealistic architectural visualizations using 3Ds Max with Corona and VRay renderers.
- Create presentation boards concept visuals and graphic content using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Interpret architectural drawings and 3D models to generate renders that capture both aesthetic and technical design aspects.
- Collaborate closely with architects designers and marketing teams to produce visuals that align with project goals and timelines.
- Refine and enhance renders with postproduction techniques.
- Manage and organize 3D assets materials and texture libraries for ongoing and future projects.
- Stay uptodate with visualization trends and new tools including AIbased tools and integrate them into the workflow where relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams or design studios.
- 2 5 years of proven experience in architectural visualization or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in 3Ds Max including modeling texturing lighting and rendering workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Corona Renderer and VRay.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for postproduction and visual presentations.
- A sharp eye for visual composition lighting and architectural detailing.
- Solid architectural design understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a strong plus.
- Familiarity or experience using AI tools (e.g. generative design image enhancement concept development) is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
