Job Description

We are seeking for a motivated and customerfocused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by assisting customers in finding and selecting products promoting sales and maintaining an organized and attractive retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a passion for retail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced setting.

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend select and assist in locating or obtaining merchandise based on customer requirements.
  • Compute sales prices total purchases and process cash credit or digital payments.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products promotions pricing and store policies.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of current sales promotions store policies and security practices.
  • Describe merchandise features explain operations usage and maintenance to customers.
  • Ticket arrange and display merchandise in an appealing manner to encourage sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and request new stock as needed.
  • Handle product exchanges and process customer returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify security risks and potential theft and follow store procedures to manage these situations.
  • Place special orders for customers or contact vendors to locate specific products when necessary.



Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Administration or a related field additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 24 years of experience in retail sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to deal with customer concerns effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory procedures and loss prevention techniques are preferred.
  • Smart Appearance
