Job Description
Urbana was voted One the best dispensaries to visit with your Mom (which says everything about our service and style). Were passionate about community customer service and cannabis.
Our Service Leaders are included in our tip pool and earn some of the highest hourly rates in the industry.
We provide continuous cannabis education and are looking for team members who are curious about the science of cannabis. We are committed to our culture of learning and sharing what we learn with our customers and each other. If you dont have cannabis experience and you love taking care of people wed love to talk. Applicants with restaurant and hospitality experience are especially encouraged to apply.
We have Service Leaders instead of Supervisors because we are committed to providing the most exceptional service and experience in the industry. We are committed to connecting with each customer understanding what they want to get from cannabis and making recommendations based on our knowledge and experience. Importantly we are always looking for Retail Consultants with great cannabis knowledge to be leaders on our team!
