Job Description

Were recruiting a highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic inpatient APP team. This team consists of 20 APPs who provide critical care level cardiovascular medicine primarily in the inpatient setting. Our APP teams function collaboratively with our physician colleagues in a teambased care model to provide high level cardiac care.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • The nocturnist role works 7pm7am

Nurse Practitioner:

  • Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission

  • Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner

  • LICNurse Practitioner (NP) State of Michigan

  • CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)

  • CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

  • CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)

Physician Assistant:

  • Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program

  • LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan

  • CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

  • CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)

  • CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)

  • CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
