Experiences and Backgrounds We Look For

Responsible for supervising billingrelated activities within the organization including overseeing staff performance ensuring accurate processing of insurance claims and monitoring accounts receivable. This role will work closely with the Revenue Cycle Managers to support strategic initiatives while focusing on daytoday operations including client inquiries staff development and issue resolution. This position will demonstrate commitment and provide leadership for SummitStone Health Partners values by delivering visionary and operational leadership while fostering trust collaboration and a diverse and inclusive environment.

  • Location: Larimer County CO
  • Status: Fulltime 40/hrs. week


What Youll Do:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work closely with Revenue Cycle Managers providing support as needed.
  • Serve as backup coverage and support for Revenue Cycle Staff as needed.
  • Motive and support staff to achieve department and agency goals.
  • Supports leadership by compiling and preparing various status reports to assist in analyzing trends.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the billing process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and SHP policies.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve billing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing accounts receivable tracking outstanding balances and working with billing team and clients to resolve account balances.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of claims ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervises billing staff provides training monitors productivity and ensures adherence to billing procedures and company policies.

Required:

  • Associates degree in business medical billing or related field required
  • More than three years of experience in healthcare billing or similar billing of thirdparty payor claims required
  • At least one year experience in leading a team required
  • Experience utilizing electronic health record systems required
  • Previous mental health experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing EPIC preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado drivers license.

Total Rewards

The typical hiring range for this position is $59259 $71115/year based on relevant years of experience.

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings nights weekend and holidays.
