Lead Innovation as the Medium Wheel Loader (MWL) Senior Engineering Manager at Caterpillar Inc.
Are you a visionary technical leader ready to shape the future of heavy equipment At Caterpillar were looking for a Medium Wheel Loader (MWL) Sr. Engineering Manager to lead with purpose and drive excellence across our engineering teams.

Execute Strategy: Deliver the product groups vision by aligning technical execution with business goals ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive global market.
Champion Talent Development: Invest in peopleyour leadership will focus on recognizing mentoring and growing technical talent both within your team and across the Earthmoving Division.
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to influence the success of Caterpillars Medium Wheel Loader product line. What You Will Do (Job Duties):
- Lead Global Engineering Teams: Direct and coordinate a worldwide team responsible for machine systems integration configuration and engineering support across multiple global facilities.
- Drive Product Development and Innovation: Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) Rapid Product Development and Custom Products initiatives to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of innovative solutions.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage engineering maintenance facility NPI and support functions to meet quality affordability and velocity targets through robust processes and tools.
- Develop Technical Talent: Champion the growth and recognition of engineering talent by implementing people management strategies and fostering leadership development across the Earthmoving Division.
- Execute Strategic Vision: Translate the product groups vision into actionable plans ensuring alignment of technical capabilities with business goals and maintaining a highperformance engineering culture.
What You Have (Basic Qualifications):
- Degree Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering
- Managing People:
- Leadership skills to lead an organization and the ability to interpret a vision and strategy execute on it to delivery results with a diverse team
- Coaching and developing team members to improve and excel with challenging goals
- Excellent networking skills to network with leaders across enterprise organizations to make a positive impact on the business
- Technical Excellence:
- Demonstrated use of new innovations and technologies to solve business problems
- Deep expertise in product development business management and NPI
- Effective Global Communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization facilitating collaboration and alignment
- Create a climate for global collaboration in the organization and minimizes barriers to collaboration.
Additional Info:
- Office Model: Caterpillar requires employees to work onsite in the office five days a week.
- Travel: 510% domestic and international travel is expected.
- Relocation: Domestic relocation will be available to those who qualify.
- ISE: ISE assignments are not available.

Summary Pay Range:
$169320.00 $253920.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
