Were Hiring: Customer Service Representative with 440 License
Location: SW 87th Ave. Miami FL 33165
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a 30minute to 1hour lunch break)
Position Type: Onsite
Base Salary: $18$20 per hour Monthly Commissions averaging $500 to $1500
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Insurance Agent with an active 440 license to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in advising homeowners or business owners with strong sales skills and a focus on customer service. The role offers a competitive base salary and attractive performancebased commissions. We are a wellknown insurance company with a strong presence in South Florida.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Advise propertyowning clients on property commercial and personal insurance.
- Quote issue and renew policies.
- Identify crossselling opportunities in auto life liability insurance etc.
- Manage accounts answer questions and provide postsale followup.
- Keep records up to date and comply with internal processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active 440 license in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience working with propertyowning clients (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Resultsdriven and goaloriented.
- Proficient in computer use and insurance software.
- English and Spanish required.
