Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with booking travel services such as hotels resorts flights cruises and packages
Manage booking logistics through various online supplier platforms
Communicate with clients via phone email or chat to understand their needs and provide tailored options
Respond to booking inquiries changes and support requests in a timely professional manner
Maintain accurate records of client information preferences and reservations
Stay up to date with travel promotions supplier offerings and destination trends
Deliver a smooth and supportive booking experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
Experience in travel hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
Techsavvy and comfortable using online platforms and digital tools
Selfmotivated dependable and capable of working independently
Must be 18 years or older with a computer and reliable internet connection
