Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead motivate and supervise production team members to ensure they are performing at their best.
- Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining high quality standards.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any qualityrelated issues and continuously improve processes.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities including production output downtime and inventory levels.
- Oversee general supply inventories to make sure enough is on hand for daily operations.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Some College education is helpful but not required
- 7 years in a manufacturing operations role.
- 3 years in a supervisory role or leadership role.
- Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentSteel Automotive Aerospace Chemical etc.
