About the Role

Were hiring a Manager Sales Development to lead and grow our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This team plays a critical role in driving our pipeline strategy and introducing enterprise healthcare prospects to Authenticx. As the leader of this team youll be responsible for coaching SDRs on outbound best practices refining workflows and ensuring the team hits key topoffunnel targets.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building programs coaching earlycareer sellers and creating structure in a fastpaced startup environment. Youll work crossfunctionally with Marketing RevOps and Sales Leadership to ensure the SDR team is a consistent and highquality engine for pipeline growth.

What Youll Do

  • Lead develop and coach a team of SDRs responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Build scalable outreach strategies across email phone social and events to drive engagement with enterprise healthcare prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize inbound lead conversion and outbound campaigns
  • Implement and refine performance metrics KPIs and activity expectations
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure alignment on lead quality qualification criteria and CRM hygiene
  • Deliver regular coaching 1:1s and performance feedback to promote skill development and confidence
  • Support hiring onboarding and training as the team grows
  • Report on SDR performance metrics and deliver insights to inform GTM strategy

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

  • 35 years of experience in SaaS sales or business development; 12 years in a team leadership or coaching role
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategy tools and workflows
  • Experience with healthcare buyers or enterprise SaaS selling preferred
  • Passion for coaching team development and building confidence in earlycareer sellers
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesloft LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Startup mindsetcomfortable working in fastpaced environments and building as you go
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative and performancefocused leadership style
