Job Description
We are looking for a Client Account Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth. This role is best suited for someone who is organized clientfocused and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions
Track client feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to address issues or improvements
Prepare regular reports on account status performance and goals
Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to support business growth
Ensure all client records are up to date and accurately maintained
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in customer service account management or client relations
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Detailoriented with a proactive and resultsdriven approach
