Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to manage frontdesk operations and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth daytoday office functions.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional manner
Answer screen and direct phone calls promptly
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area keeping it clean and organized
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation
Support internal departments with coordination and communication tasks
Handle inquiries and provide information as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
