Manage service providers to meet contract terms pricing and service expectations
Negotiate vendor purchases in alignment with company needs and procurement policy
Ensure vendor compliance with pricing volume and service level agreements
Audit rental and lease equipment costs and manage telematics deployment
Execute invoice audits for accuracy in asset management and cost allocation
Maintain records of onetime purchases and report monthly supplier spend and savings
Oversee product testing to ensure compliance before procurement
Document and follow best practices under ISO standards
Audit vendor POs and invoices address discrepancies and support AP processing
Assist in managing MinorityOwned Business programs
Stay current on procurement trends through professional development
Collaborate with IT for automation solutions
Participate in all required training and adhere to safety and compliance standards
Travel as needed and comply with company DOT OSHA and CTPAT regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor s degree preferred (Business Administration or Supply Chain)
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract negotiation spend data analysis RFP/RFQ preparation and vendor management
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams OneDrive)
Strong accounting knowledge interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Excellent organizational skills and high integrity
Class D driver s license and insurable under company policy
