Operations Management:Oversee and manage daytoday operations including operational governance of thirdparty vendor including:

• Process Improvement:Identifying inefficiencies in current business processes and recommending and/or implementing solutions to optimize compliance operations. Collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Collecting analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights to improve/enable compliant operations. Generating reports and identifying trends using statistical and/or financial modeling.
• Documentation and Compliance:Ensuring program operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintaining accurate records preparing documentation for audits and staying updated with relevant laws and standards.
• Project Coordination:Assisting in the planning execution and monitoring of projects. Coordinating with different teams tracking project milestones and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Skills required:Commercial and business acumen; decision making and critical thinking; managing multiple priorities; risk management; compliance and business analytics; compliance program oversight; data gathering analysis and reporting; managing third parties and complex problem solving.

Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint Skills required.

Government sponsored program (ERate) Customer service and/or billing experience preferred

Experience in Business Billing Operations:3 years

Job Contribution:An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and indepth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff implements longterm plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience:Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
