Job Description
- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Professional RN II Preadmission Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager. The RN assesses plans implements and evaluates nursing care of patients including those in the following age groups: Infancy childhood adolescents adult and geriatric. Participation in performance improvement inservice safety and cost management is ongoing. Responsible for preoperative interviews and pre/postoperative teaching screening chart documentation and preparation.

- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
- Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure
- CPR certification required within orientation period
- Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure
- Educational Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Official diploma or transcript from the school/university from where degree was received
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
