Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents to join our Seat Integration team in Everett WA or Renton WA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and MidLevel Procurement Agents.

The Seat Integration Supply Chain Operations team is growing and looking for procurement leaders to work with suppliers and airlines around the world in developing building and delivering commercial airplane seating. Join a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production delivery of aircraft seating. Successful Operations Procurement Agents are Boeing leaders interfacing both externally with Customers and Suppliers as well as internally with our factories Engineering Quality and many other stakeholders. This position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.

The selected candidate will be working in a very dynamic fastpaced environment while learning new skills solving challenging problems and experiencing opportunities to grow in the SC organization. This position is supplier facing and will be responsible for managing the relationship with external suppliers and project managing all aspects of their performance.

As an integral member of the SC Seat Integration team the Procurement Agent will work with external suppliers and internal organizations with a focus on seats development programs certification and customer introductions. This role requires blending strategic thinking with ontheground execution enabling the organizations to efficiently and effectively achieve development program milestones. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions data analysis forecasting supply and/or demand troubleshooting and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Manage supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance.
• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to our suppliers to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Manage supplier production readiness for entry into service.
• Conduct risk issues and opportunities management.
• Consults with crossfunctional stakeholders to resolve supplier performance issues.
• Initiate and implement supplier recovery and improvement activities and manage mitigation plans.
• Gather and maintain data related to suppliers products portfolio.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 1 years of experience in supply chain processes
• 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
• 1 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 1 years of experience with multiple tasks with differing levels of importance
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or higher OR equivalent work experience
• 1 years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
• 1 years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
• 1 years of experience with project/program management or business operations
• 1 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
