About the Role:The Social Content Creator will play a pivotal role in the creative concepting and preproduction phases as well as in the execution and postproduction of content for Shark and Ninja product suites. This role requires a dynamic individual who can partner with internal and external creative teams to transform briefs and concepts into productionready presentations ensuring highquality content that aligns with SharkNinjas creative DNA and socialfirst mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Creative Concepting and PreProduction:
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to turn briefs and concepts into fully executable productionready presentations.
- Help conceptualize and bring ideas to life across Shark and Ninja product suites by preparing storyboards shot lists and other preproduction planning documents alongside the internal studio team.
- Ensure creative boundaries are pushed and a socialfirst mindset is applied across all concepts while implementing SharkNinjas creative DNA and quality standards.
Content Creation and Execution:
- Film and execute concepts at Shark and Ninja shoots ensuring highquality content aligned with preproduction planning and materials.
- Edit concepts captured at shoots depending on bandwidth and number of active shoots.
- Liaise with freelance editors during multiple projects ensuring clear direction organized file delivery and precise directives for action edits according to postproduction timelines.
- Support the Sr. Director of Social Content Studio throughout the postproduction process to ensure feedback is actioned on all deliverables and learnings are documented for future improvement.
Skills / Qualifications:
- 2 years of social media content creation experience at a creative agency brand or similar. Productfocused experience is a plus.
- Ability to produce and edit compelling shortform video content for Instagram Reels TikTok and YouTube maintaining consistent quality and creative excellence.
- Strong eye for content creation social media trends and socialfirst editing practices.
- Strong understanding of creative development processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with project management tools filesharing platforms Microsoft Business Suite and deckbuilding platforms such as Keynote.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills collaborative mindset and problemsolving mentality.
