Physical Therapist Phoenix AZ
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Phoenix AZ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is willing to work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and has strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Phoenix AZ. Ideally the incoming Physical Therapist has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is willing to work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and has strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient examination and continuing functional evaluations.
- Evaluate patients physical condition and needs developing a tailored rehabilitation program based on their unique challenges.
- Supervise up to 2 PTAs and 1 PTT.
- Ensure excellent and compliant department documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors nurse practitioners massage therapists and other specialists to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient case management.
- Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for and progress through their care plans
- Provide handson therapy including exercises stretches manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
- Educate patients on exercises they can do at home for faster recovery and longterm health benefits.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license
- 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a multidisciplinary or clinical setting especially in the context of workers compensation or trauma cases is preferred
- Monday to Friday
- $90k $105k per year
