Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer with a strong background in Microsoft Technologies including Microsoft Teams Microsoft 365 (M365) and Microsoft Copilot to join our team. As a Senior Instructional Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering highquality training programs that drive technology adoption across the organization. You will leverage your expertise to design create and deliver training for both large audiences and specific functional areas ensuring the successful integration of these tools into the daytoday operations of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with executive presence strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with vendors manage office hours create instructional content (e.g. job aids videos) and be the face of technology learning for endusers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple user experience projects using sound project management tools and methodologies
  • Support largescale technology adoption or transition efforts
  • Secure content from vendors engineering and other parties as needed for course development
  • Review edit and redesign existing curriculum as needed
  • Design pilot and launch new curriculum as needed
  • Document business processes & product use cases
  • Create ondemand video resources and quick reference guides
  • Lead scheduled training office hours and adhoc training
  • Proactively seek new ways to manage train the trainer roll outs and conduct program effectiveness reviews
  • Work with subject matter experts to proactively partner to obtain and validate courseware content
  • Effectively implement training solutions.
  • Establish relationships with various stakeholders to ensure timely response to training needs.
  • Work with members of the system implementation team to meet design goals efficiently effectively and within the specified time frame and budget while exceeding stake holders expectations
  • Offer performance consulting solutions and strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships for longterm partnership
  • Proactively introduce new training tools and concepts into the training development process. This includes interactive video and audio.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree (Required)
  • 47 years Instructional Design experience. Required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • ADDIE (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Microsoft SharePoint (Required)
  • Communication (Required)
  • Captivate (Preferred)
  • Learning Management Systems (Required)

    Base Pay Range: $72200 $130300

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
