The Role
Cockroach Labs is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role youll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via email webinars content syndication and comarketing with partners. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to design plan manage and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. You Will
- Design plan manage and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
- Create impactful email and nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Manage our webinar program with regular global webinars in partnership with product and content marketing teams and support regional webinars across the EMEA APAC and AMER.
- Monitor and report campaign performance across relevant KPIs including but not limited to impressions clicks web visitors video views collateral downloads leads initial sales conversations and revenue
- Ensure ongoing optimization and analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet sales targets
You Have
- 3 years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
- Experience in the development of creative integrated campaigns and execution of email marketing webinars social advertising and content syndication programs
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing rollup reporting to senior management
- Past experience with email marketing lead nurturing marketing automation and/or web analytics
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
- Good timemanagement and communication skills

The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is listed in USD below. This role is also eligible for commission. Salary is one component of the Cockroach Labs Total Rewards package which also includes for each employee: stock options medical insurance vision insurance dental insurance life and disability insurance funds towards professional development resources flexible paid time off 11 paid holidays a year 10 paid sick days a year paid parental leave a 401(k) plan and wellbeing benefits.
We set standard ranges for all roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidates qualifications geographic location skills experience and competencies.
