Are you an initiativetaking experienced and personablePartTime Leasing Consultant(Agent Specialist) ready to join a fantastic team of professionals GoldOller Real Estate Investments is on the hunt for someone like YOU!
Pay: $15 $16/hr
Location: Pierpoint Apartments
This position has the potential to earn over $1000 in commissions per month!
On any given day you will:
- Responding to potential residents interest for rental at one of our communities office inperson and via digital platforms.
- Showing made ready apartment homes answering questions and finalizing terms of leases.
- Establishing residents expectations for security deposits procedures for rent and amenities that will be part of the lease.
- Preparing potential residents background checks including reference letters rental history income verification and lease application.
- Properly executing all terms of a lease and taking needed steps in the case of a defaulting tenant.
- Maximize occupancy through sales techniques and customer service.
- Assist in community advertising preparation and maintain required online postings.
- Maintain professional communication with residents applicants and representatives of other companies.

These are the essential requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of one year of leasing consultant or customer service or related experience. Multifamily apartment housing experience preferred.
- Able to work weekends.
- Able to stand walk and sit for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 20lbs.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) a plus!
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
