The Social Creative Director is responsible for elevating the brands already active social presence to enhance brand affinity by taking a strategic and handson approach to creative social media content across all brand social platforms. This role requires someone with a specialized focus on social media content creation and recent experience at a toptier brand or agency. The Social Creative Directors mission is to create social content that makes people stop scrolling and start engaging. This leader will drive engagement and grow follower counts by keeping Raising Canes at the forefront of social conversations through the development of innovative social campaigns timely execution of relevant social trends and maximizing brand partnerships.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Directs the strategic development of photo video and copybased social content from ideation to execution for all brand channels (Brand Owner and Mascot) and social platforms with a strong emphasis on shortform video
- Leads creative ideation content capture and editing of brand activations to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of pop culture through its social media content
- Collaborates with the Social Brand and Creative teams and external partners to align on social content pillars ensuring focus alignment and direction throughout the year
- Conceptualizes and develops big ideas to generate viral social moments
- Identifies insights trends and opportunities to elevate social content
- Partners with Creative Social Marketing Communications and Insights teams to integrate creative social ideas into broader campaigns ensuring a cohesive and consistent narrative
- Leads through hands on execution and builds a worldclass social creative team by nurturing creative talent and fostering an environment that encourages bold thinking and collaboration
- Fosters team development through oneonone meetings and regular checkins with team members to support their growth wellbeing and success
Qualifications :
- 8 years of creative experience focused on social media creative experience focused on social media with a proven track record in a senior creative leadership role within a toptier agency or inhouse team
- A strong diverse portfolio showcasing recent highperforming awardwinning social media work
- Experience concepting and executing largescale earned social media stunts platforms and campaigns
- Proven ability to capitalize on cultural moments by quickly creating impactful social activations
- Expert knowledge of current social media marketing methodologies and the nuances of various social media platforms
- A proactive cando attitude with a passion for pushing the brand forward in an everevolving social media landscape
- Experience working in or leading a highvolume inhouse studio
- Handson experience from concept to production with a willingness to contribute directly to execution
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator InDesign Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Extreme attention to detail with a strong understanding of design principles and the creative process
- Highly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedback
- Detailoriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Selfdriven flexible and highly energetic with strong analytical written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Able to work fulltime at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano TX and travel 3050%
- Bachelors degree in graphic design visual communication or a related field is required
