Are you interested in starting a new chapter in your career The Bureau of Enforcement and Investigation is seeking a Drug Program Specialist 1 dedicated to upholding the standards of the pharmacy profession. This position allows you to utilize your specialized skills to ensure a high standard is maintained by performing detailed inspectionsto determine compliance with established laws rules and regulations. In this position you will travel to various sites in a geographical area of the state conducting physical inspections of pharmacies gathering evidence in accordance with procedures and issuing citations when appropriate violations are found. You will have the opportunity to testify at formal and informal hearings and appear as a witness in formal judicial proceedings. Work involvesprovidinglimited investigative support activities preparing detailed reports and augmenting investigative teams.
