Were looking for a Full Stack Developer whos excited to build scalable systems shape the architecture of our platforms and craft tools that transform how patients engage with care.
This role is based in Nashville TN with the expectation to work inoffice 12 times per month for team collaboration and onsite alignment.
What Youll Do:
- Build responsive userfriendly web applications using modern frameworks like React and
- Design and maintain robust backend services using Python and PostgreSQL
- Work closely withOperations team and other stakeholders to develop thoughtful solutions that support both patients and internal users
- Contribute to the full product lifecyclefrom ideation and design to implementation and rollout
- Integrate with thirdparty platforms and APIs (e.g. Salesforce payment systems)
- Write clean maintainable welltested code that aligns with team standards
- Troubleshoot debug and continuously improve platform performance and reliability
- Collaborate in an agile environment with regular code reviews and shared ownership
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience as a full stack engineer in a modern tech stack
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript React and
- Experience with backend development and relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with API design authentication and cloud environments such as AWS
- Strong understanding of performance security and responsive design principles
- Comfort working in fastpaced collaborative and productfocused teams
- Passion for clean code elegant solutions and continuous learning
- Located in Nashville TN with the ability to be onsite 12 times per month
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with AWS Lambda or Serverless frameworks
- Experience building mobile applications using React Native and/or native iOS (Swift/ObjectiveC) frameworks
- Exposure to healthtech ecommerce or multilocation service models
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance or secure data handling practices
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Heroku or Docker
- Contributions to opensource projects or personal technical portfolio
