Job Description
About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Business Product Owner to join our team under the leadership of the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO). This role will be responsible for prioritizing strategic data quality enhancements in alignment with business value and enterprise objectives. In this pivotal role you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify data quality gaps develop actionable plans and ensure the successful implementation of solutions that enhance the integrity and reliability of our data assets.
What You will do:
- Serve as the product owner for the enterprise data quality initiatives backlog
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture refine and prioritize data quality initiative requests accurately assessing business impact and value
- Actively lead and participate in regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning ensuring data quality enhancements are welldefined prioritized and aligned with strategic goals
- Define and communicate acceptance criteria ensuring that delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations
- Maintain transparency into prioritization decisions through clear documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder groups (Sales Service Marketing Territory Planning and other support teams) regarding data quality initiative efforts
- Translate business needs into data quality requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Manage expectations and maintain alignment across competing priorities
- Provide updates and insights to stakeholder leadership on request status impact and value delivered
- Collaborate with data stewards to ensure accurate and timely validation enrichment and remediation of data across account contact and enterprise domains
- Lead data analysis on data quality initiative impact and value ensuring datadriven decisionmaking in prioritizing steward efforts to align with enterprise strategy and objectives
- Monitor and report on key data quality metrics trends and issue root causes
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance policies and frameworks
- Identify patterns in data issues and contribute to longerterm scalable solutions to recurring data quality challenges
- Champion data stewardship and contribute to the evolution of the data quality operating model
- Partner with data governance data architecture and analytics teams to ensure validation efforts align with broader enterprise data strategy
What You will need:
- 5 years of experience in data product management business analysis or data quality roles
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Data Science or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with crossfunctional teams in a datacentric capacity
- Strong understanding of data domains such as account contact and enterprise hierarchies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data to think creatively and identify innovative business solutions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation
- Experience managing crossfunctional priorities and maintaining a product backlog
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (such as SQL Excel Tableau or Power BI) and understanding of business intelligence and reporting technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools including Jira experience

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92000 USD 131000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
