Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Food & Beverage Supervisor is to provide guests with an excellent food and beverage experience while ensuring that all Associates meet brand standards and exceed guest expectations.

Work Performed:

TheFood & BeverageSupervisor will be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:

  • Supervise and direct the prompt efficient and friendly serving of all food and beverageassociates;

  • Conduct appropriatetrainingcoaching and accountability of food and beverage associates when service performance or cleanliness standards are notmet;

  • Ensure all opening and closing side work is completed on a dailybasis;

  • Work quickly and independently to resolve operational and/or guest issues when necessary ensuring proper follow through with appropriate manager(s);

  • Act as a liaison between kitchen and front of houseassociates;

  • AssistotherAssociatesin their job duties as necessary including bartending bussing cooking andserving;

  • Assist with ordering supplies and equipmentwhile controllingcosts;

  • Responsible for scheduling Associates to ensure adequate coverage for business needs and that Associates are provided the opportunity to take all required meal and rest breaks;Adhere toHealth Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of crosscontamination including keepingcompartment sink side boards and refrigerators clean and sanitized;

  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to management;and

  • Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

  • At least sixmonthsofexperience inserveror related capacity
  • Prior supervisor/leadershipexperience
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Prior related hotel experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.
  • Alcohol Awareness certifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally and 20lbs regularly
  • Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
  • Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
  • Flexible towork dayshifts early mornings eveningsnightsweekends and holidays

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
