Minimum and Additional Requirements
- Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment building and grounds maintenance.
- Requires basic electrical HVAC carpentry and plumbing knowledge to include irrigation systems.
- Ability to paint and perform minor dry wall repairs.
- Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety. Ability to supervise clients.

Generally SCVRD salary offers for new hires fall between the employment rate and the midpoint of the pay band. Therefore this has been listed as the hiring range.
