What does a successful Corporate Citizenship Manager do at Fiserv
As a Corporate Citizenship Manager you will lead initiatives that enhance community engagement efforts foster employee engagement and volunteerism and strengthen partnerships in communities. You will play a critical role in advancing our Small Business Big Impact program supporting entrepreneurs and driving economic growth across the communities we serve. You will embody Fiservs values create lasting partnerships and programming that drives positive change both locally and globally.

What you will do:

• Champion corporate citizenship and thought leadership cross functionally to influence associate experience external engagement and social impact programs.
• Design implement and manage community engagement programs and initiatives such as Small Business Big Impact local site activations sustainability programming and associate participation.
• Oversee Global Employee Resource Groups (ERG) Site Community Engagement Coordinator Program employee volunteerism and corporate giving campaigns to enhance engagement and foster inclusivity.
• Build and sustain relationships with nonprofit organizations community partners and small business advocates to support program goals and sponsorship opportunities.
• Produce and analyze data analytics and dashboards to track strategic workforce and social impact goals and report on program metrics for continuous improvement.
• Communicate program successes and stories through collaboration with internal teams and Corporate Communications.
• Manage budgets and resources allocated to corporate citizenship programs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to corporate citizenship activities.

What you will need to have:

• Experience in corporate social responsibility nonprofit partnerships community engagement social impact sustainability employee engagement and/or program development and evaluation
• Experience in managing budgets and resources
• 6 years of an equivalent combination of educational work and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Bachelors degree
• Financial services or technology industry experience
• Knowledge of small business ecosystems and support structures
