Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and Manufacturing Routings in the ERP system according to engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of manufacturing data across ERP modules to support production planning costing and inventory control.
- Collaborate with production engineering and materials & production planning to ensure accurate and timely updates of production data.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and incomplete records
- Support new product development by ensuring accurate relevant manufacturing data.
- Support ERPrelated audits system cleanups and data migration efforts.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to data entry and system processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 12 years data entry experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups filters basic formulas)
- Knowledge of ERP systems strongly preferred NetSuite experience a plus
- Superior attention to detail
- If based at the Johnstown location the ability to travel to the Killbuck Campus as needed
