The Executive Assistant at Food Bank of the Rockies provides highlevel strategic support to the CEO in a fastpaced missiondriven environment. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilitiesfrom coordinating complex schedules and managing board relations to drafting executive communications and supporting strategic plan execution. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy exercising sound judgment initiative and discretion while serving as a trusted partner to the CEO.

We provide food and necessities to people in need through signature programs and by teaming up with hundreds of Hunger Relief Partners to serve communities across Colorado and Wyoming. Primary Responsibilities:
- Works in partnership with Chief of Staff in support of CEO other leadership team members and in alignment with Food Bank of the Rockies mission and strategic objectives
- Manage the CEOs calendar travel meetings and communications to ensure strategic alignment with organizational priorities
- Provide support to fellow Executive Assistants by directing the overall support strategy overseeing calendar management and ensuring effective administrative support across the organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors (Food Bank of the Rockies Food Bank of Wyoming Endowment) including coordination of all meetings recordkeeping onboarding and communications
- Serve as primary liaison to Feeding America including managing regular communications and surveys coordinating compliance with member agreement and tracking deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate board records meeting minutes and board materials ensuring timely dissemination and compliance with bylaws
- Support donor stewardship by logging correspondence into Raisers Edge and assisting with donor followup
- Organize and staff executivelevel meetings (internal and external) including logistics such as agendas meeting implementation meals AV setup room reservations and materials
- Draft proofread and edit communications presentations and reports in the CEOs voice
- Anticipate CEO needs and proactively manage special projects and followup items
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the organizations daily operations team members and key stakeholders
- Close involvement with the Chief of Staff on the implementation of the Strategic Plan
- Ensure effective followup on all CEOrelated matters and represent the CEO in internal and external interactions as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and care ensuring the privacy and respect of employees volunteers partners donors or others
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Executive Support & Judgment
- Highlevel experience supporting CEOs or Csuite executives with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong ability to anticipate needs manage competing priorities and ensure smooth operations and communications

Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with donor management systems such as Raisers Edge preferred

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum five years previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives; prior experience as Executive Assistant to CEO preferred
- Nonprofit experience including support to Boards of Directors preferred
- High proficiency with computers and technology; ability to quickly adapt to new programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems preferred
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a fulltime exempt position. This position will need the ability to monitor and respond to email outside of standard business hours primarily to address urgent scheduling and timesensitive matters for Csuite leadership/organizational leadership. This is primarily an onsite position with occasional opportunities to work remotely. The work schedule is variable and will be determined by daily operational needs events and the organizational calendar.
