Opportunity Overview
Teradyne has an excellent opportunity for a talented Intern to join our Mixed Signal ASIC Test and Characterization team located in Agoura Hills CA.
- Setup and operation of lab instrumentation for test development of mixed signal Application Specific Integrated Circuits ASICs.
- Assist with generation of the ASIC test plan by working with design test and program management teams to assist
- Support senior ASIC engineers in execution of ASIC verification and testing
- Creation of software and hardware for efficient testing and data processing.

Required:
- Strong familiarity with lab equipment such as DMMs power supplies pattern generators and oscilloscopes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as C C Visual Basic.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel PowerPoint etc.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong familiarity with PCBA concepts such as reading schematics layout and manufacturing techniques.
- Some familiarity with signal integrity concepts such as Sparameters TDR and impedance
- Familiarity with beginner embedded systems (e.g. Arduino)
- Familiarity with Verilog and FPGAs
- Soldering and SMD rework skills
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is$58240$ range is a good faith estimate and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
