Are you a highly skilled and driven dentist seeking the opportunity to take ownership of a thriving practice while continuing to expand your expertise We are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurialminded dentist to join our team in a busy and rapidly growing dental office in Downtown Austin TX. This position is perfect for someone passionate about comprehensive care and a desire to lead a highperforming team!

- Specialized Equipment: Benefit from stateoftheart technology including a CBCT scanner for precise diagnostics and an Itero scanner for digital impressions and treatment planning.
- Implant Placement: This is an opportunity to expand your skill set with implant placement (previous experience preferred but training can be provided for the right candidate).
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of highquality care across a variety of general dentistry services including restorative cosmetic and preventive treatments.
- Patient Relationships: Develop longlasting relationships with patients ensuring a positive comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practices values and goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience is required
- Comfort with working in a highvolume PPO and cash practice
- Ability to lead motivate and manage a dental team effectively
- Strong communication skills and a patientcentered approach to care
