EquipmentShare is Hiring an Intern: HRPreboarding

EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the HR Team at our Home Office in Columbia MO for the summer of 2025

Responsibilities

We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.

  • Monitor and Audit Driver Qualification Files for Compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers on drug tests and background check orders.
  • Assist Preboarding Specialists with Onboarding processes.
  • Ensure that training content is uptodate accurate and compliant.

About You

What Youre Working With:

  • Must be actively working toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • A solid understanding of Google Sheets.
  • Must have Superior People Skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem solving.
