LEASING PROFESSIONAL FOR APARTMENTCOMMUNITIESIN WARWICKRI
OPPORTUNITY:
Picerne Real Estate Group is recruiting highenergy successdriven individuals to join our marketing/leasing team. The Leasing Professional plays a crucial role in our organization by connecting apartment home renters with our beautiful communities. Our Leasing Professionals above all else are challenged to providing outstanding customer service and to have FUN at work all while learning the business of Residential Property Management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greetandtourperspective residents to secure leases using proven closing techniques.
- Effectivelymarketthe community andcommunicatewith residents usingsocial media.
- Conduct creative B2B marketing in the local community to promote awareness.
- Regularly survey and report on local market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
- Track andmanage leadsand perform aggressivefollow upwith perspective residents.
- Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts to ensure quality assurance.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Superiorcustomer serviceand polishedcommunicationskills.
- Must be highlyselfmotivated available to work weekendsand have a sense of urgency.
- Priorsalesexperienceand proven academic success is preferred.
- A 4year degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Background screenings required.
- 8:00am 5:00pm 3 days a week days are flexible but Saturdays required.
COMPENSATION/BENFITS PACKAGE:
- $25hourly
- 9 early release Fridays throughout the year!
