The Express Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs. You may road test the vehicle visually inspect vehicle question customer about vehicle performance complete service work order and explain service costs to customer. You will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the service department technicians and the parts department by maintaining customer satisfaction.
What will you do
- Meet andgreet customers with courtesy and efficiency
- Determine the courseof action to take and obtain customer authorization.
- Write up service needsand give customer accurate estimate for dollar amount and completion timeof work.
- Communicate effectively with customer to achieve satisfactory repairssale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
- Have knowledgeof warranty and service/insurance policies.
- Keepcustomer informed and advise customer of the prognosis of their vehicle.
- Callcustomers to set appointments and answer telephones at a timely manner.
- Attend/completerequired training and department meetings.
What are we looking for
- High School Diploma and one year of related salesexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
- Current valid drivers license
- Must have good reading writing and math skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and provideoutstanding customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours
- Computer proficient

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $39570.00 $53420.00 USD annually for full time employees.
