Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) has an immediate need for a Senior Project Management Specialist (level 4/5) Programs Operations Chief to support Bombers Programs in Oklahoma City OK. This position reports to the Vice President of Bombers Programs whos responsibilities include; B52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) B52J Radar Modernization Program (RMP) B1 Weapons Upgrades AEHF Study & Win Capture Campaign and Program Management functional leadership for the MS&B division.

The Bombers Programs Operations Chief role requires interfacing and strong collaboration across several critical stakeholders and business partners including; BDS MS&B Customers and Suppliers. Key skills and attributes are:

• Operate with speed efficiency attention to detail prioritizes safety and 1st time quality
• Mindset of continuous improvement creative and critical thinking
• Communicates with openness/transparency trust/discretion with sensitive information

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance PostStart is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools Word Excel PowerPoint
• Experience editing PowerPoint presentations as needed as well as adding and presenting data
• 3 years of experience collecting and interpreting data
• 3 years of experience with cross functional communication and performance reporting
• 3 years of experience using analytical collaboration communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Strong execution communication and collaboration skills
• Selfstarter with strong time management skills to effectively work to and meet deadlines
