This position plays a critical role in ensuring homeowner satisfaction by professionally handling warranty concerns accurately entering service data and facilitating timely repairs through the appropriate personnel.
Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty repair issues
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 95% of role)
Enter work orders service requests and followup data into internal systems
Coordinate with field technicians and assign service tasks
Act as a liaison between homeowners trades and internal Customer Service teams
Maintain customer service records files and warranty histories
Prepare orientation and walkthrough packets for new homeowners
Process purchase orders basic correspondence and service reports
Monitor and update department inventory and files
Ensure customer concerns are resolved in a professional timely manner
Conduct all business with integrity and professionalism contributing to company goodwill
