Hospice Hospice Liaison

Were seeking a Hospice Liaison to join our hospice team. In this outside sales role youll connect patients and families with the care they need when they need it most. Youll build lasting relationships with referral sources and represent a company known for excellence and compassion
Your Role:
Your primary responsibility is to drive admissions and increase patient census in your designated territory. This is a highimpact fieldbased sales role where youll promote Elara Carings clinical excellence and compassionate inhome care to healthcare providers patients and their families.
Youll be the critical connection between referring partners and the care patients needbringing Elaras trusted services into more homes every day.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in postacute or DME sales (preferred)
Proven sales track record with measurable results
Selfmotivated with strong independent and teamworking abilities
Understanding of healthcare decisionmaking processes and referral dynamics
Confidence and professionalism in engaging with healthcare stakeholders at all levels
Strong problemsolving and consultative selling skills
A competitive drive to exceed goals
Adaptability enthusiasm and collaboration
Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance
