Being a Family Based Therapist at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health has its Advantages!
You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. As Masters Level (bilingual preferred) Family Based Therapist out of our Malvern location you will be involved in creating a focused and customized treatment plan to serve the needs of children adolescents and their families throughout Chester County PA. Our Treatment approaches revolve around the ESFT Model.

- Salary of $55120 annually (billing expectation of 128 units weekly) for Masters Level Clinicians.
Your over all responsibilities:
- Visit children and families within their natural settinghome/school/community.
- Offer parents effective management skills and approaches to improve the childs wellbeing while the child or young adult learns skills to become successful in school follow directions at home develop and maintain positive relationships within the community and reach expected emotional social and academic achievements.
- Complete assessments and create/monitor goals of the child.
This full time role provides a guaranteed annual salary with the expectation to bill 128 units per week. Company vehicles are available for travel. This position is great for individuals who enjoy working afternoon and early evening hours.
Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Services (DPACS) center serves children adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders intellectual and developmental disabilities behavioral emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF) acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP) assessment services communitybased mental health services communitybased employment training and social skills training and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (621 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities autism spectrum disorders concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
Education: Masters in Psych Social Work Education Rehabilitation or Human Services. License preferred. Bachelors level could be considered.
Experience: 2 years in CASSP (Child and Adolescent Service System Program) system; Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft word PowerPoint Excel etc).
Must maintain a valid Drivers License
